Instructions for Use Ovulation Test




INTENDED USE

Homecheck Instant Ovulation Test is specially designed for rapid detection of Luteinzing Hormone (LH) in urine specimens. It is of the highest quality and can detect the most fertile time in your menstrual cycle in the comfort of your own home.

Please read the instructions thoroughly prior to conducting the test.

PRECAUTIONS

  • ·         Use only as directed
  • ·         Test instructions must be followed precisely to ensure accurate results
  • ·         Do not use after the expiration date.
  • ·         Do not open the device foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test. Don’t break the seal of this test kit before use..
  • ·         This product is for Adult; Keep it out from the of reach of children.
  • ·         Store in a dry place at 4-300C or 39-860F.
  • ·         Don’t freeze this product.
  • ·         Please wash hands after performing the test.
  • ·         Discard the used device into the bin.
  • ·         Each test is designed for single use only.
  • ·         If you are colour blind for red, please ask others to help you read the results.

HOW TO USE

  1. Collect your urine in a clean, dry container free from detergents and the test should be performed immediately.
  2.  Remove the dipstrip test from the foil pouch and discard the powder packet just before performing the test.
  3. Immerse the dipstrip in the urine sample with the arrow end pointing toward the urine. Do not let the urine surface above the printed MAX line. After a minimum of 15 seconds, remove the test dipstrip the test sample, as long as the dipstrip is not immersed above the MAX line.
  4.   At first, you may notice a light red flow moving along the dispirit. You have to check the test result within 5 minutes.

HOW TO READ RESULT

Negative
The control line appears in the test window, but the test line(T) is either not visible or lighter than the control line. The two test results mean that the concentration of LH in the urine sample is Base-line level Base-line=pre-ovulatory and late post-ovulatory). Continue to test daily with a new dipstrip.




Invalid
The test is invalid if the control line (C) is not visible at five minutes. The test failed, or the test procedure wat not followed properly. Verify the test procedure and repeat the test with a new distrip.






 Positive

The colour intensify of the test line(T) is the same as, or stronger thean that of the control line(C). The test result means that the concentration of LH in the urine sample is at the level of “LH surge.”
